Welcome to Class 4
In Class 4, you will find Mr Fannan and Mrs Barrow working alongside Year 5 and Year 6 children.
The children understand that having a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach towards their learning is vitally important to being successful!
Being the oldest children in school, Class 4 lead by example- demonstrating the school’s core values of respect, friendship, excellence and care. Some of the children in Class 4 also have additional responsibilities which include representing their peers on the Pupil Leadership Team, being a School Librarian, Lead Ambassador and Playground/ Sports Leaders. The children strive to be the best role models they can for the younger children in our school and work together to create a supportive ‘family-like’ atmosphere.
As a Gold Rights Respecting School, we understand the rights of all children based on the UNCRC convention and this gives our children a strong sense of how important education is and helps them to make important decisions to lead our school forward.
